Greetings!

Welcome to Glenridge Middle School, home of the Lions.  We have a rich tradition in OCPS as our inaugural year dates back to 1955. I am extremely proud to lead the staff and students at one of OCPS's finest middle schools.  The 2025-2026 school year will mark my 5th year as principal and 7th year as an administrator at Glenridge.  Our school aligns the district vision of ensuring that every student has a promising and successful future by providing opportunities and access to rigorous coursework and expansive elective choices. We pride ourselves in our ability to approach the whole child as they navigate their middle school years.  As a middle school, we have a limited time- 540 days, to prepare our students to succeed in high school, and we consider each one of them important.  As we embark on our 70th year, I am confident that we will meet our district objectives while providing each student with an enriched experience.

Sincerely,

Daniel Kempinger
