School Advisory Committee

School Advisory Committee

Please join us for the first SAC meeting of the 2019-2020 school year. SAC (School Advisory Committee) is any organization that consists of parents, teachers, students and school administrators.

The  goal of our meetings includes discussions of the progress made towards school goals outlined in the school improvement plan and the connection to the district’s Strategic Plan, including the vision, mission, and goals. It is also an opportunity to find out what programs and activities are happening in your child’s classroom. You will also have the chance to ask questions about those programs to both teachers and administrators who attend every meeting.

I have been SAC chair at Glenridge for 4 years now and I have learned so much about my children’s school at these meetings. The meetings are once a month and are only an hour (sometimes less) and well worth your time. If you have any questions please contact me, Ann Stevens at [email protected] or Dr. Camacho at [email protected].
